Products are inspected prior to shipping to confirm they are in good order. We endeavour to properly package products for shipment. However, we do not accept responsibility for damage which occurs in transit.
Refunds may only apply to online purchases for faulty products. Please advise full details of the issue, via email, to buyecosway@gmail.com as soon as possible and request a Return Authorisation Code. Products must be returned in original packaging within 14 days, we reserve the right to repair or replace at our discretion.
